1 ton/day Batch Dryer for Air Conditioning Manufacturing Plant

A global Japanese multinational company and a pioneer in the air conditioning industry was operating an aging steam sludge dryer that had become faulty and was no longer in service. With the recent increase in sludge disposal costs, the management began seeking a more efficient and cost-effective replacement solution, creating an opportunity for our company.

After evaluating our heat pump sludge drying technology, which is capable of achieving more than 50% sludge weight reduction while providing economical operation through lower electricity consumption, reduced labour requirements, and easier material handling, the client decided to purchase one unit of our heat pump dryer to replace the obsolete steam drying system.
